Heart attack is a problem which all of us fear, and those of us who have had heart attacks certainly know the pain and fear it again and again.  But the thing about a heart attack is you don't always have a consistent pain.  The pain can vary over time and it can be different.  Not all heart attack pain is chest pain that radiates to the neck or chest pain that goes down the arm.  It can often be a silent pain.  You may not even know you're having a heart attack so we have to be very careful about chest pain and heart attack and how we approach it.
