Tension is a problem that is especially linked with several key issues.  One is a headache.  Tension headaches get worse as the day goes on.  In addition to that, you can have tension that can lead to tightness in all the muscles.  Those muscles can be very affected by the tension.  The thing about tension that needs to be talked about is how do you relieve it?  What sort of things do you do to try to relax and to decrease that pressure.  I'm a big believer that one of the best things you can do to fight off tension is to take time to relax and meditate.
