I'm a big fan of stretching.  One of the greatest things about stretching with exercise is that it helps loosen the muscles and protect you.  Stretching is a very important part of exercise, a very important part of our everyday.  Even if you're not exercising, take the time to stretch because a stretch can actually help you and it can help your body as you move along.  The thing I like about stretching the most is the fact that with a good stretch, you decrease your chances of injury.  I believe that's also essential and a very important part of our everyday exercise.
