Can you exercise when you're pregnant?  Absolutely, you can exercise when you're pregnant.  I think the big thing to realize when you're pregnant, though, is you shouldn't do much more than you were doing before you were pregnant.  I always suggest you talk with your doctor, especially during pregnancy.  It's one of those times where I think it's essential to do so.  But if you talk with your physician, what they'll usually say is if you've been running a mile, you should continue running a mile, but don't try to go two or three.  If you've been jumping rope, you can still jump rope.  Use your doctor for this advice.  It's critical.
