Neck strain was always one of those injuries we’d see in athletes, or we’d see in somebody who perhaps hadn’t done any exercise and decided to overdo it. Neck strain is now becoming more of a problem with people who work on computers every day. They’re constantly typing. They’re looking down at the keyboard. They’re moving their head left and right. All those things can add to the strain. With that strain, comes a tension, and with that tension, comes repetitive trauma over and over again. As a result, the neck strain can become a severe difficulty, and it’s very difficult to treat. You’ve got to take breaks.
