One of the questions is, "Should you weightlift when you're a teenager?"  My feeling is you can weightlift, but you've got to go with repetition and low, light weights.  I think that's important.  Repetition is key at this age.  Multiple types of lifting back and forth is good for you, but if you overdo it, you can run into big problems.  Again, this is a case where you might want to talk with your doctor, find out what's best for you, and realize that it is one of these things that varies form person to person.
