There is no doubt that stress can occur in sports, especially for children. More and more children are playing in events where there’s a lot of people watching and a lot of pressure. They might play multiple games during the week or on the weekends. As a parent, you have to help guide them and relax them so they don’t feel too much pressure. Remember, sports is supposed to be an escape. It’s supposed to be a way where they can have an outlook. A way to try to reach out, meet other people, and find an escape.
