When is the best time to stop exercising?  I really believe when you feel tired.  If you're older and you're someone who hasn't exercised, I think you need to get checked out first to make sure you're eligible to exercise and that your heart is ready for it.  But, if you're someone who is younger and you've been exercising a while, or if you're someone who is older who has been exercising a while, use your body as a guide.  There's no reason to kill yourself and put yourself through incredible pressure.  Try to stress yourself and make yourself work hard, but at the same time, realize you don't have to overdo it to the point of hating to come back because you won't come back.
