What if your daughter doesn’t like sports. What do you do? Well that’s not a bad thing. What you need to do is encourage your daughter to like exercise and activity. That could be in the form of dance. That could be in the form of an isolated activity such as jogging. The important thing is to realize that you need to do something. Not just to burn calories, but to stay in condition and be as healthy as you possibly can be. These are what you need to do to try to begin habits that will be there your entire life.
